Access your user settings
Start here to manage your personal MRI Vault preferences.
- Go to Settings > My Settings
There are multiple tabs you can access and manage to suit your needs. These tabs are:
My Settings tab
Navigation & calendar preferences
Control how MRI Vault looks and behaves.
In the My Settings tab, you can:
- Lock or unlock the menu and navigation bar (including the universal search bar)
- Choose your default calendar view: Day, Week, Month, or List
- Set default calendar colour coding
- Assign a default contact user—ideal if you have PA access and want to route marketing or read/edit permissions to another user
My Password tab
Keep your account secure with updated credentials and 2FA.
In the My Password tab, you can:
- Reset your current password
- Enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) for added security
My Signature tab
Add a personalised signature for emails and letters.
In the My Signature tab, you can:
- Create a digital signature to use in templates
- To create your signature on mobile or tablet:
- Open the Vault mobile app and log in
- Tap your profile icon (top right) > Edit Profile
- Tap on: Tap here to update your signature
- Draw your signature
- Tap Save to confirm and to update your digital signature
My Alert Subscriptions tab
Stay informed with alerts across key MRI Vault modules.
Note: Admin alerts require system admin access.
In the My Alert Subscriptions tab, you can:
- Subscribe to alerts for Sales, Lease, and Admin events
- Receive notifications via the message board and Vault mobile app
