About user profile photos
MRI Vault allows each user to have a profile photo that appears in marketing materials created with Designly and on specific portals or websites.
Note: You must have system admin access to set up a user’s photograph.
Upload and apply a user's photo
- Go to: Settings > User Management
- Select the user whose photo you want to update
- Click the Photograph tab
- In the user’s profile, click the Photograph tab
- Click Change/Upload new Photo
- Select and upload the desired image
- Drag the blue box or use the outlined options to reposition the photo
- Ensure the image is centred and cropped as needed
- Click Save/Update Photo
The photo will be updated in the user’s profile and displayed in the top-left corner of their account.
Tips:
- Use high-resolution images for the best results in marketing materials
- Ensure the photo meets your organisation’s branding guidelines
