About profile descriptions
Profile descriptions allow you to display relevant information about a user on portals and websites. This feature helps personalise user profiles and improve visibility.
Note: You must have system admin access to set up a user’s profile description.
Add a profile description
To add a profile description:
- Go to: Settings > User Management
- Select the user whose profile you want to update.
- Click the Profile Description tab
- Type or paste the desired profile text in the provided field
- Click Save Profile Text to apply the description

- Keep descriptions concise and professional for better display on portals
- Review any formatting before saving to ensure consistency
