Use your calendar to add and track events, appraisals, and property viewings.

View and add calendar events
You can integrate your calendar with Office 365, Google, or G Suite.
- Go to: Calendar (left-hand menu)
This will populate your calendar and any existing events, appraisals and property scheduled viewings.
- Click on the desired date tile
- The Add Event screen will appear, where you can select and add the following details:
- Calendar - If you have Global Calendar access or Settings (Module Access) ticked in your User Management, you can add a calendar event in any user's calendar. Otherwise, this will default to you
- Type - This will default to Event; however, you can add an Appraisal or Scheduled Viewing
- Summary - This is a summary of the event, e.g. Sales Meeting
- Notes - Add the event notes or description of the event
- Contact - Search your database for contact(s) to attach against the event
- Property - Search your database for a property to attach against the event
- Duration - Apply the date and time of the event
- Reminders - Tick the checkbox if you want a reminder created for this event
- Tick or untick All day and Repeat (Daily, Weekly, Fortnightly, Monthly or Yearly) if required
- Once you have added all the required event details, click Add Event to populate the event in the selected user's calendar
Available calendar event options
Once the calendar event has been added, you can view more details by clicking on the event in the calendar.
You then have the following options for the event:

Click for Edit mode - You can toggle to make changes to the event added

Click if Cancelled - You can toggle to mark the event as cancelled, including the option to provide a reason or tick to send an email or SMS template to contact(s) attached to the event

Click if Confirmed - You can toggle to mark the event as confirmed, including being able to tick to send an email or SMS template to contact(s) attached to the event
If you have attached contact(s) or a property when adding the event, we provide a snapshot of the contact and property details from within the event, as shown below:
You also have the option to:
- Open - Opens the contact or property card
- Add Note - Add notes to the contact or property
- Activity - Shows the notes log and any pinned notes
- Email or SMS - Opens the corresponding template options to send messages to the contacts
- Weather - View the weather forecast for the suburb where the property is located
View added event details in other locations
Apart from the calendar itself, you can also view event details from the following areas:
If a contact is attached to an event, you can view the event details directly within the contact card:
- Go to: Contact card
- Click the Events tab
You can also click to add notes and view the event.
If a contact is linked to an event, we also offer the option to view the event from within the contact card's snapshot
- Go to: a contact card
- Click the snapshot button. (Green/white icon with arrows)
If a property is attached to an event, you can view the event details directly within the property card:
- Go to: A property card
- Click the Events tab
- Click View on the right side of an event to see the details
Report, app and widget
- Calendar Report - The calendar report can be used to view specific or all calendar events added over a date range
- Vault App - We offer the ability to view and add calendar events directly through the Vault app

My Calendar Event (Today) Widget - If added to your dashboard, you can see all calendar events for the day, including the time, status, summary, and description
Additional calendar functions
You can print the day's calendar events for yourself or the office (Depending on user management settings)
- Click the Print Today's Diary drop-down menu to select one of the available options
Using the menu button in the top left corner, we offer the following options to manage your calendar:
- My Calendars - This function will allow you to provision multiple calendars for yourself
- Other Calendars - You can add/toggle other users' calendar events to appear
Note: You must have Global Calendar access, or the Settings (Module Access) option must be ticked in your User Management.
- Status - Filter your calendar via the status of an event
- Types - Filter your calendar via the types of calendar events (Appraisal, Event, Marketing schedule approved, Scheduled Viewings and Staff Meeting event types)
- Hours - Set the hours on which you would like calendar events to appear in your calendar

Days - Set the days on which you would like calendar events to appear in your calendar
Add custom event types
A system admin user can create custom events that apply to the entire office.
- Go to: Settings > Event Types (left-hand menu)
- Click Add New Event Type
- Enter a name
- Select an icon
- Click Save
You can select the custom-created event type when adding a new event in the calendar.
Edit or delete custom events
You can edit the event icon or delete an existing custom event
- Go to: Settings > Event Types
- Change the icon by clicking on its drop-down menu
To delete a custom event:
- Click Delete to the right of the event
There is no warning that a custom event will be deleted. If it is removed, it cannot be recovered and must be recreated manually.
You cannot delete system-created events.
