Learn how to schedule and manage open home viewings from the property card, properties menu, or Vault app.

Add open homes on the property card

1. Go to: The property card
2. Click the Open Homes tab
   
3. Click Add Open Home

The Add/Edit Open Home screen will appear, where you can add the following:

• Date - Enter a date
• Time - Enter the starting and ending times
• Primary Agent - The agent who will be conducting the open home
• Secondary Agents - Any additional agents if required

The event will be added to users' calendars for the scheduled open home.

4. Click Save

Repeat the above process to add further open-home events.

Manage open homes on the property card

Edit an open homes event

1. Go to: The property card
2. Click the Open Homes tab
3. Click Edit to the right of the event
   
4. When done, click Save

Delete an open homes event

1. Go to: The property card
2. Click the Open Homes tab
3. Click Edit to the right of the event
4. Click Remove
   

Manage all open homes via the properties menu

Add open homes events

1. Go to: Properties > Manage Open Homes
2. Find the property you'd like to schedule an open home for
3. Click the Plus (+) symbol
   

The Add/Edit Open Home screen will appear, where you can add the following:

• Date - Enter a date
• Time - Enter the starting and ending times
• Primary Agent - The agent who will be conducting the open home
• Secondary Agents - Any additional agents if required

The event will be added to users' calendars for the scheduled open home.

4. Click Save

Repeat the above process to add further open-home events.

Edit open homes events

1. Go to: Properties > Manage Open Homes
2. Find the property with an existing open homes event
3. Click Edit
   
4. When done, click Save

Delete open homes events

1. Go to: Properties > Manage Open Homes
2. Find the property with an existing open homes event
3. Click Edit
4. Click Remove
   

You can filter open homes by sales or leasing department, including those assigned to a specific staff member, in the top right-hand corner.

Add open homes through the Vault app

You can add more open inspection dates and times through the open homes widget in the MRI Vault mobile app.

1. Find the Open Homes widget

2. Tap on the (+) plus symbol
    

   

3. Enter the following:

• Property - Search for address
• Duration - Select the date, the start time and set the duration
• Primary agent - The agent who will be conducting the open home
• Secondary agent - Any additional agents if required
• Add to phone calendar - Toggle to add the open home to your phone calendar

4. Once completed, tap Save to add the open home

This event will appear on the app under the Open Homes widget.

Tap Upcoming to view all future open homes events.

Manage all open homes through the Vault app

Edit open homes events

1. Find the Open Homes widget
2. Locate the event to edit
3. If the event isn't visible, tap Upcoming to view future events
4. Tap the pencil icon

5. When done, click Save

Delete open homes events

1. Find the Open Homes widget
2. Locate the event to edit
3. If the event isn't visible, tap Upcoming to view future events
4. Tap the pencil icon
5. Tap Delete

6. Tap Delete Open Home to confirm
