About the conditional to unconditional process
When all conditions on a property sale are met, the property becomes unconditional. You must update its status in MRI Vault to reflect this change. This ensures accurate portal updates and visibility settings.
Change property status
- Go to: The property profile (of the conditional (under offer) property)
- Click Unconditional
- Review options before confirming - The system will prompt you to confirm and select options:
- Portal Visibility - Choose Set as Sold or Keep as Under Offer

Suppress Sale Price - Tick this box if you do not want the sale price displayed on portals
Tip: This is the last update sent to portals, so review carefully.
- Click Yes/Continue to finalise
The system will confirm the property is now unconditional.
Additional information
- Portal Updates - Once unconditional, portal tickboxes are removed as this is the final update

Off-Market Properties - You can publish as sold on specific portals under Visibility > Publish as Sold or Other > History > Publish

Reversing Status - If the sale falls through, click Convert Back To Listing next to the property status. This will update portals accordingly
