About withdrawing an appraisal
If a property was added as an appraisal but the owner decides not to list, you need to withdraw it for reporting purposes. This process ensures your database reflects the correct status.
Tip: If you haven’t
created an appraisal
yet, you need to do that before continuing.
Withdraw an appraisal
- Go to: The property profile
- Click Withdrawn
- Click Yes/Continue to revert the property to Not Currently Listed
Note: You can convert the property back to an appraisal
or listing
later. View its history under Other > History.
