The property snapshot provides a quick view of essential property details at the top of the page. This feature eliminates the need to scroll through multiple sections, saving time and improving efficiency.
Property snapshot contents
The property snapshot is available for each property that has been added to your MRI Vault database
- Go to: A property profile
The snapshot includes:

Agent Details:
- Agent 1 displayed on the left
- Agent 2 displayed on the right

Listing Type Badge:
Indicates whether the property is:- For Sale
- For Lease
- Both (e.g., commercial property)

Key Dates:
- Last updated date
- Expected sale date
- Authority start and end dates
Tip: Hover over these displayed dates for more information; for instance, hover over the authority end date to view the authority start date.
Hover over the displayed price to see the internal price, giving you quick access to the information you need without opening extra screens.

- Pipeline Information - Displays the expected list date for prospect or appraisal properties
