About multiple owners
Some properties may require more than one owner to be linked, such as joint ownership or shared responsibility. MRI Vault allows you to attach multiple contacts to a single property and easily manage them.
Before starting, ensure the property has been added and an owner has been assigned.
Add additional owners
- Go to: The property profile
- Click the Owners tab
- Next to Person, click Options
- Click Attach Another Owner
- Search for the contact in the list
- Select the contact to link them to the property
- If the contact does not exist, click Or Add New Contact
- Enter the required details and save
Switch between owners
To switch between attached owners:
- Go to: The property profile
- Click the property snapshot icon to expand it
- Click an owner's name to open their profile
Tip: Adding multiple owners ensures accurate reporting and
compliance for properties with shared ownership.
