About realtyassist integration
The RealtyAssist integration replaces the older version with enhanced features, including webhooks for real-time updates and multiple fund requests per listing. This integration helps you manage vendor payments and advertising costs efficiently.
Connect MRI Vault to RealtyAssist
To start using RealtyAssist, you need to connect your Vault account.
- Go to: Office Integrations > RealtyAssist
- Click Connect
You’ll be redirected to RealtyAssist to log in
- After logging in, you’ll return to MRI Vault with the integration connected
- Confirm that Webhooks are enabled for real-time updates
Tip: Webhooks ensure payment status updates sync automatically between RealtyAssist and Vault.
Enable automatic ledger updates
Automatic ledger updates make payment reconciliation easier.
- In Settings, locate your trust accounts
- Click the Enable Automatic Ledger Updates checkbox
- Click Save/Update
Note: This ensures that vendor advertising payments are automatically updated in your trust account.
