About the PMX integration

The PMX integration allows you to seamlessly sync commercial property data from PMX into Vault. This includes linking both occupier and landlord details, as well as viewing strata properties, stack plans, and deals—all within Vault.

Note: You’ll need a commercial-specific account or have commercial features enabled in Vault to use this integration.

Configure staff mapping in MRI Vault

Before syncing buildings, ensure your PMX managers are correctly mapped to Vault staff members.

Why this matters - Staff mapping ensures that property data is correctly attributed and managed within Vault.

Go to: Office Integrations > PMX > Staff Configuration
Match each PMX Manager to the corresponding Vault staff member
If you’ve added a new staff member, make sure they’re configured here
Click Save

Select buildings to sync from PMX

Once staff mapping is complete, choose which buildings you want to sync from PMX into Vault.

Why this matters - MRI Vault only pulls data for buildings you’ve explicitly selected, giving you control over what gets synced.

Go to: Office Integrations > PMX > Building Configuration
Tick the checkbox next to each building you want to sync
Click Save to confirm your selection

Note: If a new building is added in PMX, repeat this step to enable syncing for that building.

Automatic hourly sync

Vault will automatically sync updates from PMX every hour for the buildings you’ve selected.

Why this matters - This keeps your property data up to date without manual intervention.

After configuration, Vault begins syncing hourly
You can view the latest sync status
You can check the PMX connection at any time

View synced building data in MRI Vault

Once synced, you can explore detailed property data directly within Vault.

Why this matters - This gives you full visibility into strata properties, stack plans, and deals—all in one place.

Search for the synced building in Vault
Open the building record to view:

Individual strata properties
Stack plan
Attached deals
