About the contracts dashboard
The contracts dashboard gives you a centralised, real‑time view of properties in conditional (under offer) and unconditional stages—so you can quickly find a contract, check dates, and take the next action.
Before you begin
Get set up with the proper access so you can see the dashboard and (optionally) open the trust ledger.
- You must have Set Sales Details to access the dashboard
- You must have Financials to view the Sales Trust Ledger from a contract
Use the contracts dashboard
To filter and search contracts:
- Go to: Properties > Contracts Dashboard
- When the dashboard opens, it displays all conditional (under offer) and unconditional contracts by default
- Use the available filters to refine the list (e.g., status or date ranges)
- Click Search
- Use the Search bar (top‑right) to find a property by address, Life ID, or other searchable fields
- Click a column header to sort ascending/descending (e.g., sort by Settlement Date or Last Updated)
Understand what you’re seeing
Learn the key columns so you can quickly read the dashboard.
- Life ID - The unique identifier for the property record
- Status - The current stage (e.g., conditional/under offer, unconditional)
- Address - The property address tied to the sale
- Dates - Includes Conditional/Under Offer Date, Unconditional Date, and Settlement Date
- Trust Ledger Balance - Current balance in the property’s Sales Trust Ledger
- Conjunction Offices - Any offices involved in a conjunction arrangement
- Last Updated - The most recent change to the sale or contract details
Take action on a contract
Work directly from the list—open a record, progress or revert, or update details without leaving the dashboard.
- From the dashboard row, select the property you want to manage
- Choose one of the available actions:
- Open Property to view the full record
- Progress Sale to move the contract to the next stage
- Revert Sale to move the contract back if needed
- Update Sale Details to edit key information (e.g., dates, terms)
- Open Trust Ledger (requires Financials access) to view balances and transactions
- Save your changes to keep the dashboard up to date
Spot deadlines and overdue dates
Use visual cues to prioritise follow‑ups and keep contracts moving.
- If a property is not marked as unconditional or settled by its expected Unconditional or Settlement date, that date is highlighted in red
- Red dates indicate overdue milestones—review the contract and update the status or dates as needed
