Need support
Use the support chatbot
If you cannot find an article that answers your question, start with the support chatbot. The chatbot can help with common questions and guide you to relevant help articles and troubleshooting steps.
To use the support chatbot:
- Select the chat widget in the bottom-right corner of the screen
- Select New conversation
- Enter your question or keywords
- Press Enter
The support chatbot can answer common questions and suggest relevant help articles to help you resolve the issue.
Escalate to live chat support
If the chatbot does not resolve your issue, you can ask to speak with a support agent.
To connect with a support agent:
- In the chat window, type Transfer me to an agent
- Add any relevant details to help the support team investigate your issue more quickly
If possible, include:
- A clear description of the issue
- Any error messages
- Screenshots
- The relevant contact or property address, if applicable
If a support agent is required outside operating hours, kindly complete the contact support form. An agent will be in touch as soon as one is available.
Create a support ticket
To create a support ticket:
- Click Help
- Select New Support Ticket
- You can:
- Give support access to your account for a limited time
- Call
