About UserVoice
UserVoice is MRI Software’s feedback forum used to collect, prioritise, and review ideas from customers across supported CRM products, including Vault.
It provides a central place where users can suggest improvements, vote on existing ideas, and see what others are requesting. This helps product teams understand which enhancements are most valuable to customers and informs future development planning.
You would use UserVoice to make your feedback visible, support ideas you care about, and stay informed about potential product changes.
How it works
UserVoice allows you to submit ideas and interact with other users’ suggestions in a shared forum.
Each idea can be voted on and commented on, helping prioritise the most requested features. Product teams regularly review engagement data such as votes, comments, and follows to better understand customer needs.
On a regular basis, highly‑engaged ideas are reviewed internally and may influence future product updates or roadmap discussions.
With UserVoice, you can:
- Share your own ideas to improve Vault
- Vote or comment on other people’s ideas
- Follow ideas to get updates on their progress
- Get a confirmation email when you interact with an idea
Log a feature request or provide feedback
If a feature is not currently available in Vault, you can submit a feature request through UserVoice.
To log a feature request or view and vote on upcoming development items:
- Click the Help icon at the top of your Vault dashboard
- Select Suggest features
You’ll be prompted to create a personalised UserVoice account if you don’t already have one. This account is required to access the Feature Request and Development board.
- Open the Vault product forum
- Use the search bar to check whether your idea already exists
- If the idea is not listed, submit a new suggestion
