Learn how to assign a default source of enquiry to incoming contacts from each portal in MRI Vault’s Holding Area, helping streamline lead categorisation and reporting.
Configure the source of enquiry settings
- Go to: Settings > Holding Area
This page populates all portals (websites) for which MRI Vault is capturing enquiries.
- Click the drop-down menu and assign a specific source of enquiry for each portal (Website)
- Once assigned, click Save
These settings will be applied. Going forward, all enquiries/contacts will automatically be linked to the chosen source of enquiry.
Note: Since this is configured on an individual portal (website) basis, the source of enquiry set will apply to all enquiries. The source of enquiry will also only be used for enquiries from now on and will not update any past enquiries received.
