About the source of enquiry feature
The Source of Enquiry feature in MRI Vault allows you to link multiple discovery channels to a single client. For example, one client may find different listings through different sources, helping you analyse marketing effectiveness.
Add a new source of enquiry
You may add sources at any time.
- Go to: Settings > Source of Enquiry
- Click Add New Source of Enquiry
- In the Add/Edit Source of Enquiry window, enter a source name
- Click Save
The screen will refresh and display the added field in the list.
Use the source of enquiry field
Individual contacts:
You can use the added enquiry fields in contact cards.
- Go to: A contact card
- Scroll down to the Source Of Enquiry section
- Click the drop-down menu > Select the relevant field
- Click Save/Update
Filter contacts:
You can refine your contact search by Source of Enquiry in the Filter Contacts tool.
Owner feedback report:
These sources will also populate via a pie chart on your Owner Feedback reports.
