About match properties
The match properties feature helps you send listings that align with a contact’s buy or rent requirements. Before using this feature, make sure the contact’s requirements are correctly attached and that you have a match listings template set up in Designly.
Match and send properties
Note: Ensure you have created a match listings template in Designly before starting.
- Go to: A contact profile
- Click the Match Properties tab
The system will display properties that match the contact’s requirements.
- Choose which properties to include in the email template
- Click Send Email (Using Template) at the bottom right
- Select your desired Designly template and click Proceed to Send
- Review and Configure Email Details:
- To - Choose the recipient email address
- Cc/Bcc - Add users or enter custom email addresses
- From - Select the sender’s email address
- Timing - Send now or schedule for later

Subject - Enter the email subject line
- Click Next (this will send the communication)
Tip: Double-check all details before clicking Next, as this action sends the email immediately.
What's next?
Once an email is sent, it will automatically be logged in each contact's notes, and the user can view its contents. You can view email activity and manage pending emails.
