About adding user profiles
Adding user profiles allows you to manage multiple accounts in MRI Vault without logging out each time. This is useful if you work with different accounts or share the app with others.
Add a user profile
To add a new user profile:
- Open the MRI Vault app on your Android device
- On the Dashboard, tap your user profile icon in the top-right corner
- Tap Add user profile
- Enter the username, then tap Continue
- Enter the password, then tap Login
- If Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) is enabled, enter the code from your authenticator app
- Tap Submit
The app will refresh and display the new account as available.
Switch between accounts
Once you’ve added multiple profiles, you can switch accounts anytime:
- Tap the user profile icon
- Tap the account you want to use
The app will switch to the selected account immediately.
Tip: Always verify you're logged into the correct account before editing data.
