Learn how to manage listing configurations in MRI Vault to link individual properties to a main building and view them in the stack plan.

About listing configurations

Listing configurations allow you to link individual properties to a parent building. This helps you manage each property separately while maintaining a visual representation in the stack plan.

Note: You need a commercial-specific account or enabled features to use this functionality.

Add or link listing configurations

To add or link properties as listing configurations:

  1. Go to: The property profile you want to configure
  2. Scroll down to Listing Configurations

  3. Choose one of the following options:
  • Add Configuration - Create a new property and link it to the parent property

  • Link Existing Record as Configuration - Search for an existing property and link it to the parent property

Once a property is created or linked, you can manage it from the listing configurations section:

  • View - Open and manage the linked property.
  • Unlink - Remove the property from the listing configuration

Tip: Unlinking does not delete the property record.

When viewing a configuration, you’ll see all linked properties, with the current one highlighted. You can also navigate back to the parent property directly.

Listing configurations automatically appear in the stack plan, providing a visual layout of building lots.
