About stack plans
Stack plans provide a visual representation of a building’s floors, showing tenant spaces, sizes, and arrangements. This feature helps commercial property managers track occupancy and lease details at a glance.
Set up stack plans
To accurately populate the stack plan, ensure your property data uses consistent building names.
- Go to: The property profile
- Scroll down to Location
- Enter the Building Name for both the strata building and the parent property
- Ensure consistency across linked strata properties and listing configurations by using the same building name
- Link properties to the strata or parent property. Once linked, the stack plan will auto-populate
View the stack plan
Once setup is complete, you can access the stack plan from various locations in MRI Vault.
- Go to the Location section of the:
- Main building/site
- Parent property
- Individual strata
- Listing configuration
- Click View Stack Plan
The stack plan will display:
- Floor-by-floor layout
- Tenant spaces
- Unit sizes
- Arrangement details
Tenant and lease expiry details are automatically pulled from the property’s deal and Tenancy Details section.
Important:
- Tenants should be entered under the deal
- The Tenancy Details section is for occupants of commercial sale properties only.
Export and troubleshoot
Export
You can download or print the stack plan using the options in the top-right corner of the interface.
Troubleshooting
If duplicate tenancies occur, verify whether tenancy details were entered both in the deal and the Tenancy Details section. This can lead to double entries.
