About Agora Gateway Administration
Agora Gateway administrators have additional functionality that allows you to manage and control access to your agencies applications.
You can configure and assign default application tiles in Agora Gateway to make onboarding a breeze for your staff—no complicated setup is needed. Once configured, you can update applications and instantly apply those changes across your whole agency.
Access Agora Gateway Administration
All users will have access to Agora Gateway; however, only Vault administrators or users who have been appointed will have Agora Gateway administration permissions.
To access Agora Gateway Administration for users who have permissions, log into Agora Gateway, then:
- Click the person icon at the top right corner of Agora Gateway
- Click MRI Agora Gateway Administration
View & Manage Applications
The applications page lists all applications available to your company, this is the default page when you open Agora Gateway Administration. MRI products will be preconfigured and automatically display. You can search for an application by using the search bar to the top left of the screen.
Details and access for each application can be viewed by selecting it from the application list. MRI product details are not editable, but you can modify the details for custom applications.
The Application visibility on users' Home Page section will display all of your companies users. Here you can select the checkbox next to the user, to make it available in their gateway. Users with access to Property Tree will automatically be assigned the Property Tree application tile.
Add Custom Applications
Custom applications can be added to Agora Gateway, in addition to the preset MRI products. This can include partner applications and any other useful links.
To add a custom application:
- Click the Apps and users icon on the side toolbar
- Click Applications
- At the top right of the screen, click + Add application
- Enter the application details - Complete the name, URL, and Description fields

Select an application icon -
- Click Select
- Click the Use image radio button and select a file from your computer, or
- Click the Use Text radio button, enter a caption, and select a colour
- Once complete, click OK
- Then click Save
The new application will be displayed in the application list in Agora Gateway Administration. Visibility for all users will be automatically selected.
- Deselect any user checkbox that this application is not required for

Click Save
Repeat this process to add additional custom applications to the gateway.
Manage Administrators
Provide or disable administrator permissions
On the Agora Gateway Management page, you can provide and disable Agora Gateway for your companies' administrators:
- Click the Apps and users icon on the side toolbar
- Click Users
- Select a user from the user list
- Click the MRI Agora Gateway Administrator checkbox to provide or disable administrator permissions
- Click Save
Manage Users
Manage applications for each user
On the Users page, applications can be selected to be shown or hidden for each user.
- Click the Apps and users icon on the side toolbar
- Click Users
- Select a user from the user list

Single applications -
- Under Application visibility, select an application
- Click the single arrow to move the application from 'Show these applications' to 'Hide these applications' and vice versa

Bulk applications -
- Under Application visibility, click the double arrow to move all applications from 'Show these applications' to 'Hide these applications' and vice versa
- Once your changes are complete, click Save
Bulk Manage User Applications
The user and application matrix provides an overview of all users and applications they can access. Here you can bulk select to show or hide applications for users, all from one page.
To make bulk updates for users on the User and application matrix:
- Click the Apps and users icon on the side toolbar
- Click User and application matrix
- Click the checkbox for each application in the table header to hide or show the application for all users
- Click the checkbox next to each user to hide or show an application just for that user
- Once all changes are complete, click Save
Select Company Logo
An image can be selected to appear on the Agora Gateway home page for all of your users. This image will display in place of the default Agora Gateway logo.
- Click the Setup icon on the side toolbar > Click Client Settings
- Click Select logo
- Click the 'Use company logo' radio button > Select a file from your computer

Click Save
