Step by step

Activating Agora Gateway

• Navigate to Settings/My Settings > Enable MRI Gateway
  • Once you have confirmed your details, Click Activate Account 

• You should then receive an email with a link to set up your new password for Agora Gateway

• Enter a new password, set your security question/answer, and apply a profile picture before clicking Create My Account

• Once set, you will be prompted to set up multifactor authentication. Here you can set up your preferred method

You can set up more than one multifactor authentication method.
