Agora Gateway is an ecosystem where you can access all your apps from one location. This one-page-to-everywhere approach helps you streamline all your logins and links, allowing easy daily access.

Activating Agora Gateway

Option 1: Activating as the logged-in user

  • Navigate to Settings/My Settings > Enable MRI Gateway
    • Once you have confirmed your details, click Activate Account 

If you already have an Agora Gateway account, please be sure to use the same email address associated with your existing account.

  • You should then receive an email with a link to set up your new password for Agora Gateway

  • Please enter a new password, set your security question/answer, and apply a profile picture before clicking Create My Account

  • Once set, you will be prompted to set up multifactor authentication. Here you can set up your preferred method

You can set up more than one multifactor authentication method.

Option 2: Self opt in on behalf of a user

Should the user not yet be enabled for Agora Gateway, we have the option to initiate the "Self opt in". 

To initiate "Self opt in", you will need to have system admin access. More information can be found in the User Management Settings knowledge article.

  • Navigate to Settings > User Management > Select the desired user 
  • Click Connect Agora Now

  • Upon clicking Connect Agora Now, review the user's details before clicking Connect Now. 

Upon clicking "Connect Now", an email will be sent to the user who will be required to continue the setup of Agora Gateway (specifying a password, etc). Please ensure the user takes action on this email; otherwise, they may be locked out of Vault.

  • The opt-in user will then need to follow the instructions provided in the email to finish the setup process. 

Need help resetting a user’s password?

System administrators can reset the password for users with Agora Gateway enabled. To do this, navigate to Settings > User Management, select the user, and click Reset Agora Password as shown below:
