Agora Gateway is an ecosystem that allows you to access all your apps from a single location. This one-page-to-everywhere approach helps you streamline all your logins and links, making daily access easy.

Activate Agora Gateway
Option 1: Activate as the logged-in user
- Go to: Settings/My Settings > Enable MRI Gateway
- Once you have confirmed your details, click Activate Account
Note: If you already have an Agora Gateway account, please ensure that you use the same email address associated with your existing account.
- You should then receive an email with a link to set up your new password for Agora Gateway
- Enter a new password, set your security question and answer, and apply a profile picture before clicking Create My Account
- You will be prompted to set up multifactor authentication. You can set up your preferred method

Option 2: Self-opt in on behalf of a user
If the user has not yet been enabled for Agora Gateway, you can initiate the self-opt-in process.
Note: To initiate self-opt-in, you must have system admin access.
- Go to: Settings > User Management > Select the desired user
- Click Connect Agora Now
- Upon clicking Connect Agora Now, review the user's details before clicking Connect Now
Note: After clicking Connect Now, an email will be sent to the user, who will then be required to continue setting up Agora Gateway (including setting a password). Please ensure the user takes action on this email; otherwise, they may be locked out of MRI Vault.
- The opt-in user must follow the instructions provided in the email to finish the setup process
Reset a user’s password
System administrators can reset the password for users with Agora Gateway enabled.
To do this:
- Go to: Settings > User Management
- Select the user > Click Reset Agora Password
