About lead rotations for property enquiries
Lead rotation is a feature in MRI Vault that helps streamline the distribution of property enquiries among your team. Instead of manually assigning each enquiry, MRI Vault automatically allocates incoming leads to selected staff members in a set order. This ensures a fair and consistent distribution of enquiries, helping teams respond more quickly and manage their workloads more effectively.
You can configure lead rotations for each portal (website) connected to your MRI Vault account. Once set, all new enquiries from that portal will follow the rotation, regardless of the listing agent. Notifications are sent to the assigned user via the Vault mobile app and the notifications menu, making it easy to stay on top of new leads.
Set up lead rotations
Configure lead rotations for each portal (website) linked to your MRI Vault account.
- Go to: Settings > Lead Rotations
- The Lead Rotation Module will display all portals connected to your account
- Select a portal to configure its rotation
- Assign users in the order you want enquiries to rotate
- Click Save Rotations to apply your settings
Understand what happens after you set a rotation
Once saved, all new enquiries from the selected portal will be automatically assigned to users based on the rotation order, regardless of the listing agent.
These enquiries will appear in the assigned user's enquiry/holding area for follow-up.
