About email stationery
Email stationery allows you to create consistent, branded email signatures for each staff member in MRI Vault. These can be added as HTML or image-based headers and footers, and will automatically appear in emails sent via Vault.
Configure email stationery for a staff member

- Go to: Settings > eMarketing > Email Stationery
- Select the staff member from the Staff drop-down menu
- Choose your stationery format for the Header and Footer:
- Use Image - Upload a JPG, GIF, or PNG image
- Use HTML - Paste your HTML signature directly
-
Use Raw HTML (Advanced) - Paste developer-provided HTML code
Recommended specifications for image uploads:
- Format - JPG, GIF, or PNG
- Width - Less than 900 pixels
- File size - Under 200KB per image
- Click Save to apply the stationery
Once stationery is attached, it will automatically populate in emails sent via MRI Vault when the staff member is selected as the sender.
A preview will appear under Existing Stationery.

- Select a staff member
- Click Preview

Set a default office signature
You can apply a default branding signature for your office.

- Click Save
Troubleshoot email stationery preview issues
If you’ve updated Email Stationery but the previous version still appears in the preview, clear your browser cache and reload the page.
To clear your cache in Google Chrome:
- Open Google Chrome on your computer
- Select the More menu in the top‑right corner (three dots)
- Click Delete browsing data
- At the top, choose a time range. To remove all cached data, select All time
- Tick Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files
- Click Delete data
- Refresh the MRI Vault page and reopen Settings > eMarketing > Email Stationery
The updated email stationery should now display correctly in the preview.
