About super user access
Super user access allows you to switch between multiple MRI Vault accounts (offices) without repeatedly logging in and out. This feature is perfect for users managing several accounts.
Ensure the user requesting super user access is already set up in each account for which they need access.
Request super user access
- Go to: Help > New Support Ticket
- Request super user access for the staff member(s)
- Include:
- Full name(s)
- Accounts they need access to
- Wait for confirmation from the support team
Enable super user access
Once confirmed:
- On the Dashboard, click Configure (spanner icon)
- In CRM: General, tick Super User
- Click Save/Update > Click Back to Dashboard
- The Super User - Sign On widget will appear, allowing you to:
- Select the desired user/account
- Click Switch User
Tip: Once the countdown hits zero, the switch user option will be disabled. Refresh your Dashboard tab, and the timer will reset, allowing you to complete the steps above.
Note: You must activate the widget on each dashboard for every account to which you have access. This enables seamless switching between all available logins.
