Advertising portals display property listings based on visibility settings in Vault. These settings control whether a property is actively advertised on third‑party sites.
Removing a property listing from a portal stops it from being advertised while keeping the property record active in Vault. This is useful when a property is no longer required to be advertised, has been withdrawn, or needs to be temporarily taken offline without being marked as sold.
Remove a property listing from a portal
You can remove a property from one or more advertising portals directly from the property record.
To remove a listing from a portal:
- Open the property record in Vault
- Scroll to the Visibility section
- Untick the relevant advertising portal (for example, realestate.com.au)
- Click Save/Update to apply the change
The property will be removed from the selected portal after the next portal sync.
