About call lists

Call Lists in MRI Vault help you organise and prioritise outreach to contacts based on specific criteria, such as birthdays, settlement anniversaries, or pipeline stages. This feature is available only if MRI Labs is enabled.

Note: You must have MRI Labs enabled to access Call Lists.

Create a call list from prospecting

Use this method to create call lists based on birthdays or settlement anniversaries.

  1. Go to: Prospecting > Call Lists
  2. Click + Create List
  3. In the Add New Call List window:
  • Type - Choose either Birthdays Today or Settlement Anniversary
  • Name - Enter a name for your list

Note: MRI Vault reviews properties settled within the last 10 years.
  1. Click Create

The page refreshes, showing available call lists with buttons to run them.

Make a call from a call list

Once your list is created, you can begin contacting people directly.

  1. Click Call Now next to a contact’s name
  2. In the Add Note window:
  • A suggested Reason to Call will appear
  • You can update the type, reminder date, agent, and visibility settings
  • Enter the outcome of the call

  1. Click Save

Tips:

  • Options vary depending on the note type
  • Use the search bar to find contacts in long lists.

After saving, the Call Now button changes to Called, and the Calls Made widget updates automatically.

Create a call list from a pipeline

Use this method to create call lists based on pipeline stages.

  1. Go to: Prospecting > Pipeline
  2. Click Call List
  3. In the Create Call List window:
  • Call List Name - Auto-generated but editable
  • Include - Select the group to contact

  1. Click Create Call List
  2. In the confirmation window, click OK

Access a call list

View and run any existing call list.

  1. Go to: Prospecting > Call Lists
  2. Click the relevant call list button

  3. Click Call Now next to the contact you want to reach.

Remove a call list

Delete outdated or unnecessary call lists.

  1. Go to: Prospecting > Call Lists
  2. Click the call list you want to remove
  3. Click the three dots menu
  4. Select Remove List

  5. Click Remove to confirm
Note: This action cannot be undone. You’ll need to recreate the list manually if needed again.
