About the photographer login
The photographer login is a straightforward tool that allows photographers to upload images directly into MRI Vault, with photos stored in the cloud. Photographers can view any property marked as a listing, and their uploaded images will appear as 'Unpublished' until approved and published by the office.
Set up a photographer's login
- Go to: Settings > Photographers
- Click on Add Photographer
- Add the required details
- Click Save
- Give the photographer the username and password you created with the following link: https://photographer.vaultre.com.au
The screen will update with the photographer's profile.
Manage a photographer's profile
You can edit and delete a photographer's profile at any time.
Edit a profile:
- Go to: Settings > Photographers
- Locate the photographer's profile > Click Edit
- Update the details
- Click Save
Delete a profile:
- Go to: Settings > Photographers
- Locate the photographer's profile > Click Edit
- Click Remove
- In the pop-up box, click Yes/Continue
This will delete the photographer's profile from Vault and also disable their login access.
Upload photos through the photographer's login
- Go to: https://photographer.vaultre.com.au
- On the Dashboard > Find the property where you want to upload photos
- If the property isn't listed, use the toggle at the top right of the screen to switch between the sales and leasing departments
- Click Load Photos on the right of the property
- Upload your photos by dragging and dropping them, or click to browse your system
Once the files are loaded, the relevant staff member (chosen by the office) will be notified that the images have been uploaded.
