About removing user profiles
Removing a user profile deletes all associated account information from the MRI Vault app, but it does not delete the data inside MRI Vault.
Remove a user profile
To remove a user profile:
- Open the MRI Vault app on your iOS device
- On the Dashboard, tap Settings (located in the top-left corner)
- Select the user profile you want to remove
- Tap Remove Profile
Notes:
- This action cannot be reversed. If you need the account again, you must re-enter the details manually
- Removing a profile does not affect other profiles or app settings
