The Palace integration lets you seamlessly sync property and contact data directly into Vault. Below is a guide to setting up the integration and an overview of the data synced once activated.

Step by step
Setting up the integration
1. Navigate to Office Integration > Palace
2. You will need to ensure that you enter your Palace credentials and click Save/Update
Once connected, a sync of data occurs every 5 minutes.
3. Once successfully connected, we are then able to click on Match Listings to match the corresponding existing listings within Vault (This only needs to be done once, as future listings will automatically push into Vault)
If a property is excluded in the next sync, it will be removed from portals/websites in Vault, as it is no longer listed in Palace.
Additional information
Sync of Landlords is not enabled by default; it needs to be ticked as shown:
The user then nominates the “Category” to place the landlords/owners into, and who owns these contacts (We recommend using a “team”)
