We provide the ability to update the property classification (Business, Commercial, Residential, Land, etc). This is useful should you add a property into your database with an incorrect classification. Below is a step-by-step guide on how to update this for a property.

There are two conditions in order to update the property classification:

1. The property must be at "Not Currently Listed" status
2. The insert data of the "Current" (Not Currently Listed) property exceeds 24hrs

Step by step

1. Navigate into an example "Not Currently Listed" property

2. Click Options (Spanner Symbol) In the top left-hand corner > Change Property Classification

3. You are then able to select which property classification to change to and the type

4. Click Change Classification once selected

5. Once updated, you can check the classification under Particulars
