Deactivating the Integration
Deactivation of the Vault Integration in Property Tree can be done through the Partner Gateway via the below steps:
1. Navigate to Configuration > Integrations > Partner Gateway
2. Click to 'Deactivate' Vault from the Partner Gateway options
Administrators in Property Tree can activate the integration to sync the following Property Tree information with Vault:
-
Vacancies, including:
- Property information (address, attributes, etc)
- Tenancy information (lease start date, rent amount)
- Advertised rent amount
- Key ID's
-
Landlords, including:
- Title/Salutation
- First Name
- Last Name
- Unit, Street Number, Street (Address Line 1), Suburb, Country, State & PostCode
- Address of Landlord (supports overseas or local address)
- Email Address
- Mobile Phone
- Telephone
- Excluded: No Marketing (sets unsubscribe from email/SMS/letters)
Additional information
Sync of Landlords is not enabled by default; it needs to be ticked as shown:
Contacts are fetched from Property Tree every 5 minutes.
The user then nominates the “Category” to place the landlords into; and who owns these contacts (We recommend using a “team”)
-
When populating landlords from Property Tree:
-
If an office wants to merge a newly ingested PropertyTree owner, they may do so using the Duplicate Check tool
-
-
Vault will intentionally not match (duplicate check) against existing contacts by the same name – eg the office may intentionally be running a closed database and do not want PM data interfering with their sales division
-
If an Ownership record (Property Tree) is deleted:
-
Vault will remove the contact from the “Landlords” category on the assumption the contact does not exist in other active ownership records (from Property Tree)
-
Vault will disassociate the related contacts from the rental property
-
Vault will not remove the actual contact (landlord) as this may be used for other purposes since ingestion (eg the landlord has been at recent open homes and is used by the sales department – assuming an “open” database)
