We provide the ability to automate the rotation of your property photos. This will automatically rotate the image order from within Vault, which in turn will update the image order of the property photos on the selected portals/websites. Below is a step-by-step guide on how to set up and apply the photo rotation.

Step by step
Prior to applying the photo rotation on a property, we will first need to set up the (one-time) automation via a trigger.
Below is a guide on how to activate the photo rotation trigger:
As triggers apply to the office, you will need to be a System Administrator in order to set up the photo rotation trigger. More information on the required user setting can be found in the User Management Settings knowledge article.
1. Go into Settings > Setup Automation > Setup Triggers
2. Click on Add New Trigger under Office Triggers
3. Once here, we have the option to set the photo rotation using the below two trigger types:
- X Days After Web Live Date (Sales) and/or
- X Days After Web Live Date (Lease)
Using the below example, we have set the photo rotation to occur 14 days after the web live date of a new sale property.
4. Click Save once you have configured your desired photo rotation trigger
Now that we have enabled the above trigger, we are now able to set up and apply the rotation for a listing.
Below is a guide on how to activate photo rotation for a listing:
1. Navigate to an example listing > Click on the Photos tab
2. Once you have uploaded your photos and set your desired order, click on Photo Rotation
3. Tick to enable the photo rotation
4. This will then allow you to select the image order of the rotation
The first (main image) is always selected (it cannot be unselected)
5. Click Save once you have selected your desired order. Based on the example above, the photos will automatically rotate every 14 days replacing the main image based on the image order selected above
Additional information
When the rotation for a listing has been triggered, the system will record this information against the activity stream of the property.
This is also recorded within the Activity: Triggers widget.
