Besides the owner feedback report, we also provide the option to produce the Live Report. This report will contain all owner feedback information linked to the property as outlined in the Owner Feedback Report knowledge article and allow the owner to view the owner feedback report in real-time. Below is a step-by-step guide on how to produce and send the live report.

Step by step
1. Navigate to a property card
2. Click on the Owner Feedback tab > Owner Feedback
3. Once in the Owner Feedback Report, select the desired date range of data > Send Live Report
4. You are then able to configure the below details:
- Show: - Option to either Display First Name of Client or Display Full name of Client, depending on how you would like the data to populate in the report
- Comment: - Here you are able to provide a brief comment on the live report
- Include: - Tick/untick the Owner Feedback Report sections you would like to include or remove from the report
- Report Expiry: - As the report is a live link, you have the option to set an expiry of 5 days, 7 days or never expire
- Date Range Tick-box: - This will default to populate data based on the date range selected, otherwise untick to ensure the date range does not limit data
There is an option to preview the live report prior to sending it.
5. Once completed, you can click Send Email
6. This will then populate the sending popup, which you are able to configure the below details:
- To: - If you have multiple owners attached, here you can select who is to receive the live report
- Cc: - Select a user to Cc within the email or tick the Enter email address instead tickbox to update to a freeform field
- Bcc: - Select a user to Bcc within the email or tick the Enter email address instead tickbox to update to a freeform field
- From: - Select the sender of the email (if the recipient responds back to the email, this will go to the selected sender's email address)
- Template: - Select an existing email template to populate. More information on creating email templates can be found via the eMarketing (Set Up Email Responses) knowledge article
- Subject: - Add your desired subject of the email
7. When all details have been added, you are then able to click on Send Email
There is an option to preview the email prior to sending it.
Additional information
All independent offices have the option to set the colour scheme of the live report. This can be done by a system admin user by going into Settings > Setup Colour Scheme.
Once here, you are able to set the below live report colours:
As this is a database setting, these colours will apply to every user generating a live report within your Vault account.
