Step by step
Setting up the integration
1. An API token needs to be enabled (Office Integrations > Third-Party Access > Add Token)
2. Once here you are able to select Aire to create the third party token
3. This will generate the token, to which AiRE/RiTA will advise how they wish to receive this token (thereby activating the integration)
How does RiTA integrate with Vault?
This integration is a two-way API integration that allows information to be sent back and forth between RiTA and VaultRE.
Below is a list of all data that is sent between Vault & RiTA:
Calls
- A call made in VaultRE creates a note in RiTA
- A call made in RiTA creates a note on the contact in VaultRE
SMS
- An SMS sent in VaultRE creates a note in RiTA
- An SMS sent in RiTA creates a note on the contact in VaultRE
Emails
- An email sent in VaultRE creates a note in RiTA
- An email sent in RiTA creates a note on the contact in VaultRE
Follow Ups
- A follow up made in VaultRE creates a note in RiTA
- A follow up made in RiTA creates a note on the contact in VaultRE
Appointments
- An appointment made in VaultRE creates a note in RiTA
- An appointment made in RiTA creates a note on the contact in VaultRE
Notes
- A note entered in VaultRE creates a note in RiTA
- A note entered in RiTA creates a note on the contact in VaultRE
Archives
- A contact archived in VaultRE is archived in RiTA
- A contact archived in RiTA is also archived in VaultRE
Property Details
- When property ownership is added or updated in VaultRE, it is added or updated in RiTA.
- Estimated selling dates in VaultRE are updated in RiTA
- When changes are made in RiTA to the property ownership and/or estimated selling dates, a note is created against the contact in VaultRE
Buyer Details
- When buyer requirements are added or updated in VaultRE, they are added or updated in RiTA
When a change is made to the buyer timeline in VaultRE, RiTA is updated. However, changes made in RiTA do not update in VaultRE
Contact Categories
- When a contact’s categories are added or updated in VaultRE, they are added or updated in RiTA
Contact Data Score
- A contact data score in VaultRE updates in RiTA. However, RiTA’s contact data score doesn’t update in VaultRE
Contact Details
- Changes made on a contact’s first name, last name, primary mobile and email in VaultRE are updated in RiTA, and vice versa
- Secondary phone numbers can only be viewed in RiTA
Communication Preference
- Changes made on a contact’s ‘Do Not Call’ /’No Spam’ preference in VaultRE are updated in RiTA, and vice versa
