Step by step
Adding a Prospect/Appraisal
1. Tap into the Properties menu
2. Once in the properties menu, tap + ADD APPRAISAL in the bottom right-hand corner
3. You are then able to follow each step by clicking on Next, once you have added in the Type, Location, particulars, Appraisal Details, Owners, and Photos
4. Once you have completed all steps and added the property, you then have the option to navigate directly to the property or search for the property via the search bar on your Dashboard or the Properties menu

Pricefinder/Corelogic Integration
We provide the option to use the Pricefinder or Corelogic Integration when adding in a property. This will allow you to search for the property from within PriceFinder/Corelogic to automatically populate details such as the address and particulars, depending on the data available.
This integration is set up for each user from within the VaultRE web version, by following the steps outlined in the video below:
