We provide the ability to integrate directly with ActivePipe, an email marketing platform. Below is a step-by-step guide on setting up the integration and a breakdown of data that populates within Vault once integrated.

Setting up the Integration
1. Navigate to Office Integrations > Third-Party Access
2. Click Add Token in the bottom right-hand corner
3. Select ActivePipe from the dropdown, select the desired scopes, and click on Create Token
4. This will then generate the token, which can be provided to ActivePipe to finish setting up the integration
Additional information
Once integrated, ActivePipe campaign stats for a property will populate within the owner feedback Report. More information on this report can be found via the Owner Feedback Report knowledge article.
If a contact unsubscribes from an ActivePipe campaign, this will also update the contact within Vault to unsubscribe from ActivePipe.
We also have the option to view all ActivePipe events against an individual contact by clicking the Other tab > ActivePipe.
This area will show all ActivePipe notes for the contact and other interactions with the ability to navigate directly to the contact within ActivePipe.
