iOS handles Caller ID through system settings. Here’s how to enable it.

Populate the Caller ID Database (optional)
Populating the database ensures your contact list is up to date for Caller ID.

- Tap the Settings icon (top-left corner of the Dashboard)
- Tap System & Caller ID
- Tap Populate Caller ID Database
This also updates the Caller ID list if it has changed.
Refresh the Caller ID Database (Optional)
Refreshing the database forces an update of your contact list for Caller ID purposes.
- When to use this - Vault automatically updates the Caller ID database nightly. However, if you’ve recently added new contacts and want them to appear immediately, follow these steps
- Open the Vault App
- Tap the Settings icon (top-left corner of the Dashboard)
- Tap System & Caller ID
- Tap Refresh Caller ID Database
This triggers iOS to reprocess and insert new contacts into the Caller ID system.
