We provide the option to record multiple offers against the property, which can also be selected when processing a sale. Below is a step by step guide on how to add an offer against a listing.

Step by step
1. Navigate into an example listing
2. Click on the Offers button next to the status of the property
3. This will then open the offer details screen, where you are able to click on Add New Offer
4. You are then able to add in the offer by adding in the buyer's contact and offer details as per the below example. Once populated, you are then able to click on Add Offer
Should there be an existing contact, the system will flag them as a duplicate, where you are able to open the check duplicate screen to use the existing contact against the offer added.
5. Once the offer has been added, you will be able to view the offer details
6. You then have the below options within the offer:
- Update the staus by clicking on Pending - This can be updated to either Rejected or Withdrawn
- Update the offer details, including removing/deleting the offer by clicking on Edit
- Advise the owner or buyer of the offer by either emailing (Using an email template) or generating a letter to the owner(s) or buyer. More information on creating email and letter templates can be found via the eMarketing (Set Up Email Responses) & Creating Letter Templates (Cloud & Word Doc) knowledge articles
- Open the contact card for the buyer attached to the offer (Go To (Contact))
Additional information
If an offer has been accepted, we provide the option to select the offer when setting the property as "Under Offer" within the sales details. This will then populate the offer information against the sale and will automatically attach the offer contact as the purchaser.
All offers will populate within the Owner Feedback Report under the View Offers section as per below. More information on this report can be found via the Owner Feedback Report knowledge article.
Should the property be withdrawn and have "Pending" offers attached, the system will automatically convert all pending offers to "Rejected" as the below process.
1. The property currently has a Pending offer attached
2. We have then withdrawn the property - Which will flag if you currently have pending offers and advise that the system will automatically reject these offers once withdrawn
3. Once withdrawn, it will then confirm that the offers on the property have now been set as "Rejected"
