When you have been approved as a “merchant” of RelloPay, the trust accounts in Vault must be linked to the trust accounts defined within RelloPay’s system. This can be done by following the below steps:
1. Navigate to Office Integrations > RelloPay
2. Select the Rello account you would like to link to the sales trust account via the dropdown and click on Save/Update
3. This will then ensure that when requesting funds (Property), only trust accounts that have been linked to the appropriate trust account within RelloPay will be enabled:
When later requesting funds (Property) and a trust account is being used that is not linked, the following error message will appear:

3. This will then populate the payment request screen, where we are able to select a specific VPA amount or an existing invoice, including the option to select the vendor to populate their details
Some fields in the above screen are mandatory.
4. Once you have confirmed the above details, click on Send to Rello - The system will then request a copy of the contract (This will generally be stored in the Filing Cabinet (as per the REI For Live/Realworks integration). More information on this integration can be found via the REI Forms Live / Realworks Integration knowledge article.
