The Setup Holding Area (Source of Enquiry) will allow you to set a specific source of enquiry to be assigned to all newly added Holding Area enquiries/contacts. Below is a step by step guide on how to set up the Source of Enquiry for your Holding Area.
Step by step
1. Go to Settings > Holding Area
2. This will then populate all portals (websites) that Vault is capturing enquires for
3. You are then able to assign a specific Source of Enquiry for each individual portal (Website)
4. Once assigned, you can then click on Save to apply these settings. Going forward, all enquires/contacts will automatically apply to the selected Source of Enquiry.
As this is configured on an individual portal (website) basis, the Source of Enquiry set will apply to all enquiries. The source of enquiry will also only be applied to enquiries going forward and not update any past enquiries received.
