We provide the ability to set up a lead rotation for your property enquiries. This is set up on an individual portal (website) basis and can be applied with a rotation of two or more staff members. Activating lead rotations will allow leads to automatically be assigned to agents as per the desired order.

Setting up your lead rotations
1. Go to Settings > Lead Rotations
2. This will then populate the Lead Rotation Module, where you will be able to view all setup portals (websites) for your Vault account
3. To set up a lead rotation for a particular portal, you can assign specific users in the desired order that you would like the enquiries to rotate as per the below example:
4. Once completed, you can then click Save Rotations to apply the configured settings
As this is configured on an individual portal (website) basis, the lead rotation set will apply to all listings.
What happens once the lead rotation is set?
Once you have applied your desired lead rotation, all new enquiries received from the portal (website) will be allocated evenly as per the setup lead rotation, regardless of the listing agent assigned.
These enquiries will then populate in the user's Enquiry/Holding area to be processed by the assigned lead rotation user as per the below:
The system will also provide the assigned user notification via the notifications menu and push notifications via the Vault app once a lead (Enquiry) has been assigned.
