We provide the option to add a scheduled appraisal from within your calendar. These scheduled appraisals can then be managed directly within Vault and the Vault app.

Step by step
Adding an Appraisal via your calendar
1. Click on Calendar
2. This will populate your calendar, where you are able to add a scheduled appraisal by clicking into the desired date
3. This will then open the Add Event screen, where you are able to select and add the below details:
- Calendar: - If you have Global Calendar access or Settings (Module Access) ticked in your User Management, here you are able to select to add a calendar event in any user's calendar. Otherwise, this will default to Myself
- Type: - This will default to Event, where you will need to select Appraisal to update the required details
- Duration: - Here you can apply the date and time of the appraisal
- Property: - Here you are able to search your database for an existing property or add a new property for the appraisal (Note: You will only be able to search and attach a property that is in Prospect/Not Currently Listed or Appraisal status)
- View/Read Access & Edit Access: - Set the Access settings for both View/Read and Edit for the appraisal
- Edit Access: - This can be ticked for Everyone, otherwise, you can select individual staff members or teams to have access to edit the scheduled appraisal
4. When you have completed the appraisal details, you are then able to select the owner you have scheduled in the appraisal with via the right-hand side
5. Once selected, you have the option to send an email or SMS template to the owner or undo (If the incorrect owner is selected)
6. When you have added all the required appraisal details and selected the owner, you are then able to click Add Appraisal

Additional information
Once you have added in the scheduled appraisal, the selected property will automatically update status to Appraisal and the appraisal date will be updated.
