The Precinct module allows you to define specific geographical areas on a map that represent the regions serviced by your office. Once a precinct is created, you can search for contacts or properties within that area and send targeted bulk communications. This tool is ideal for focused marketing campaigns and generating location-based reports on contacts and properties.

Additional information
Once a property is added to your database, its map location is automatically applied. These map locations are defined based on the property address when added. If a property does not show within a precinct, this could be due to the incorrect map location applied.
This can be updated by following the steps below:
1. Navigate to the example property
2. Select the Other tab > Map
3. This will then show the property's current map location and advise if it is located in a current precinct
4. If the map location is incorrect, you can simply drag and drop the red pin to the correct location to update it
