While on the go, you can easily manage your contacts directly from the Vault app. This includes viewing/editing, adding, communicating, attaching notes, and setting up caller ID for your contact data.

Contact view breakdown
Categories - This will populate a list of all the categories to which the contact belongs. You can tap into the Categories to add or remove the contact from certain categories, using the toggles on the right-hand side.
Contact - This will populate all contact details including their contact number and email address -
You can communicate directly with the client or tap View/Edit details to update their contact information here.
You can tap on the message symbol to either message the contact directly from your phone or on Open Bulk Communicator to select and send an SMS template. Once you have finished sending your message, you will then have the option to create a note against the contact.
If you tap on the phone symbol, you can call the contact directly from your phone. Once you have finished your call, you will then have the option to add a note to record your conversation.
If you tap on the email symbol, you can either email the contact directly from your phone or tap on Open Bulk Communicator to select and send an email template. Once you have finished sending your email, you will also be provided an option to add a note
Linked Properties - This will display all properties linked to the contact. You can view the property, set/unset it as the Home/Postal address, unlink it, or link a new/existing property.
Requirements - This will display all Buy/Rent requirements linked to the contact. You can edit or delete any requirement, or tap Add Requirement to add new ones.
Files - Here, you'll find all files uploaded to the contact's filing cabinet. Tap the file name or the (i) symbol to preview the file and view details. You can also share the file with existing or new contacts or upload more files by tapping Attach File.
Notes - This will display all notes added to the contact. You can toggle to view property check-in notes by tapping Show Check-ins. To add a new note, tap Add Note, where you can enter details, set a reminder, and choose the note type.
Adding notes against a contact
1. Navigate to the desired contact
2. Scroll to the Notes section at the bottom of the contact details
3. Tap Add note in the top right-hand corner
4. Add the details of your note, add a reminder if required, and select the desired note type
5. Once completed, you can then tap on Save in the top right-hand corner to add the note against the contact
Enable voice-to-text on your IOS device to have the option to add the note using voice command.
Adding in a contact
1. Navigate into the Contacts menu > tap into the plus (+) symbol in the top right-hand corner
2. Select the type of contact from the dropdown at the top, then continue to add all the required contact details, the marketing contact(s), and set the edit & view/read access settings
3. Once completed, you can then tap Save in the top right-hand corner to add the contact
Contact filter options
1. Navigate into the Contacts menu > tap into Filter in the top right-hand corner
2. We then have the below two options
- Advanced Search - Allows us to apply a contact filter based on the below fields:
- Distribution List - Allows us to apply a contact filter based on an existing contact distribution list
3. Once you have applied a filter, you will then have the option to create a Call List, Bulk SMS, or Bulk Email
Setting up caller ID
1. On your IOS device go into your Settings
2. Tap on Phone settings
3. Tap Call Blocking & Identification
4. Toggle on MRI Vault
5. Once completed, navigate into the app > Settings > System & Caller ID > Tap Populate Caller ID Database
We recommend populating the caller ID database outside of office hours, as this could significantly slow your device.
It is recommended that you Refresh the Caller ID Database every so often, by going into Settings > System & Caller ID > Refresh Caller ID Database
