We provide the option to not only send a Buyer Match via the web version but also from the VaultRE app. This is an easy way to market a new listing to contacts within your database or send bulk communication.

Step by step
1. Navigate into a property using the search bar or within the Properties menu
2. When in the property, tap on Buyer Match
3. This will then populate all potential buyers in your database that match the property (Based on their buy/rent requirements)
4. Here you have the option to tap on Select in the top right-hand corner to highlight all contacts > tap Bulk SMS or Bulk Email depending on what type of communication you would like to send
4. Create your SMS or email message or select an existing template
5. Once you are happy with the content, you can tap on Compose to SMS or email the selected recipients
The compose button will not be available if you have unsupported merge fields in the message content. You will need to ensure that you remove these unsupported merge fields in order to have the option to send.

Bulk SMS & Bulk Email breakdown
When sending a Buyer Match from the VaultRE app, you have the option to either send a Bulk SMS or a Bulk Email. Below is a breakdown of the options available across both the Bulk SMS or Bulk Email process.
MESSAGE - This section will allow you to create the SMS/Email response that you would like to include in your Buyer Match. We also provide the option to tap into + Insert Merge Field to merge in contact and property information within your response.
Please Note: If sending a Bulk Email, you will also need to provide a subject for the message.
SMS/Email Responses - Here you are able to select and attach an existing SMS or Email template to your response. We also provide the option to Tap to preview the selected response, remove the selected response by tapping on the (X) symbol, tap on Make a copy of this template to edit the response prior to sending, or toggle Save as new response, to save it for future use.
Send through VaultRE - The app will automatically default to send the response via your mobile device. However, you also have the option to toggle Send through VaultRE in order to send via VaultRE as opposed to your device's default messaging app or Apple Mail app.
If Send Though VaultRE is toggled, each SMS/TXT sent will incur a charge.
Attach files - You have the option to attach a file to the email or SMS you are sending. This will allow you to select files that have been uploaded into the Filing Cabinet or the Attach Files tab of the property.
RECIPIENTS - This will populate the number of recipients that match the property. If you tap into the selected recipients, we provide the option to select or deselect the contact number or email attached to the recipient. This includes if the recipient has multiple contact numbers or emails attached.
The system will automatically deselect recipients that have unsubscribed.
Preview Electronic Table - Here you are able to preview the Electronic Table for the property. We also provide the option to obtain the Electronic Table link by tapping on Copy link, which can be pasted/sent via other messaging services on your device.
