Integration Setup
RealTimeAgent may be enabled on any VaultRE account by requesting activation via emailing support (provisioning@vaultre.com.au)
Step by step
- Once enabled, RealTimeAgent feeds transaction information (Sales) into VaultRE.
- The following elements are fed directly into your VaultRE listing.
- Executed contract of sale: found within the Filing Cabinet, inside the 'Contract' folder
- Contact information of the purchaser(s): can be seen within the 'Purchaser' tab.
This will include name, email address, and phone number when captured within Real Time Agent. - Updating the contact information of the owner, as per the details captured within the contract: can be seen within the 'Owners' tab.
This will update name, email address, and phone number when captured within Real Time Agent.
You will no longer need to review and 'approve' information from the 'Real Time Agent Holding Area' of any longer - this functionality will be disabled by Real Time Agent.
