VaultRE needs to be configured as a “Trusted” app in your GSuite account; thereby allowing integration with Gmail and Google Calendar.
Set VaultRE as a “Trusted” Application (To be performed by the client)
1. Ensure you are logged into GSuite/Gmail and then click on the settings/cog icon:
2. Click on Manage this Organization
3. Click and expand the menu:
4. Go to Security > Settings
5. The following screen will appear:
6. Scroll down and click API controls or App Access Control
7. Click on Manage Third-Party App Access
8. Click on Configure New App
9. Select OAuth App Name or Client ID
10. The following screen will appear:
11. Paste the following:
154271460141-h7i11b99b9bkj3jk3m9noslc5vm3jev4.apps.googleusercontent.com
As shown and click Search:
12. Click VaultRE and then Select
13. Tick the checkbox as shown and click Select
14. Tick Trusted as shown and click Configure
15. You will now see the following:
At this point, VaultRE is now ready to connect to your Google/Gsuite account.
How to connect your Google/Gsuite account?
1. Click on My Integrations > Google/GSuite
2. Click on Sign in with Google
3. Choose the Google account (corresponding to the GSuite organisation):
4. You should now see the approval of the "scopes" and will need to click on Allow
At this point, the user’s VaultRE account is connected with GSuite.
