The VaultRE App is a fantastic way to manage your data with access to your contacts, properties, and filing cabinet. The app also provides check-in ability at the open home and also works offline.

App Settings
Additional information
Once you have downloaded and installed the app, you can simply log in using the same login details as you use to log in to the web version of your VaultRE account.
The search bar on your Dashboard can be used to find contacts, properties, or search for properties from within an integrated data provider such as Pricefinder, Corelogic or NPD. More information on integrating your account with these data providers can be found here.
We provide the option to customise your Dashboard, by tapping Settings in the top left-hand corner > Then tap Dashboard and Arrange Widgets. This will then allow you to toggle on/off or drag and drop the placement of your desired widgets.
Managing your To Do List
You can manage your To Do List directly within the VaultRE app. Steps on how to manage these tasks can be found below:
1. Select the desired task in your To Do list
2. This will then provide you with the option to view the task summary, related property or contact and the description of the task
3. Once you have actioned the task, you are then able to mark it as complete and/or hide
4. We also provide the option to create new tasks using the plus (+) symbol in the top left-hand corner of the widget
Adding a new event to your Calendar
We provide the option to add an event directly into your Calendar. This can be done by following the below steps:
1. Navigate to your Calendar widget
2. Tap on the plus (+) symbol in the top right-hand corner
3. Once here, you are able to add in the event summary, description, toggle for confirmation, set the duration and link the event to an existing or new contact and/or property
4. Once completed, tap Save in the top right-hand corner
Completing Offer Conditions
You can mark any property Offer Conditions assigned to your user directly within the VaultRE App. This can be done by following the below steps:
1. Navigate to your Offer Conditions widget - This will populate all pending offer conditions
2. Tap into the offer condition
3. This will then open the property details, where you can tap on Offer Conditions
4. Here you are able to tap into the offer condition > tap Mark Completed
Viewing your Dates & Pipelines
You can view all your dates, including pipelines added against a contact or property directly within the VaultRE app. This can be done by following the below steps:
1. Navigate to your Dates & Pipelines widget - Here you can select to view prior, today or upcoming dates
2. Tap into the desired date to view the contact or property in further detail
